Clarify, draft and lodge all relevant legal documents including the memorandum of transfer and the contract of sale.

Complete all legal document.

Prepare disclosure documents.

Represent you in dealings with the buyer.

Arrange discharge of mortgages.

Protect deposit to ensure sale proceeds.
